AccountTech: Integration

Testimonial Tree - AccountTech partner API integration automates survey requests sent on behalf of the brokerage and agent upon a closed transaction  (text + email and 2 additional email auto-reminders). Your brokerage leadership will send support request via email to your AccountTech Account Manager or support granting authorization to Testimonial Tree. They will provide information for your Testimonial Tree Customer Success representative to turn it on your brokerage's enterprise admin account.

Step 1: Send an AccountTech Support Request

Send an email support request to your AccountTech Account Manager and CC your Testimonial Tree Customer Success Manager to grant access. 

Below is an example email.

  "We recently signed up for services with Testimonial Tree and would like to set up an integration so that they can automate survey requests.  If you can please provide Testimonial Tree with access to our account, I would appreciate it."

Step 2: Provide info back to Testimonial Tree

Email the information that AccountTech provides to your Testimonial Tree Customer Success representative. They will enable the integration in the dashboard and test the feed before making it live. The account, API and tokens are time sensitive.
