Ask Clients to Share Their Testimonials On Their Social Media Sites

If your clients have not shared their testimonials on their social media sites, politely ask them to spread the love!  And if you haven't shared your own, learn how to do so here. 

 
Step 1: From the Dashboard, select Testimonials and then Manage Testimonials

Step 2: On the testimonial you wish to request a share, click Actions on the right-hand side and then Request Share 

Step 3: Click Send Share Request Email

Note: If the client did not submit their email address when they submitted the testimonial, you will be directed to the Edit Testimonial page to add the email address. Depending on your parent account settings, you may not have access to edit the testimonial. If this is the case, please contact your account administrator. 

 

Step 4: Your client will get an email asking them to share their testimonial on social media

Step 5: Your client will be given the option to share directly to Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn or they can use the Image Generator
