How to Collect a Testimonial Via Text

Step 1:
From your Dashboard, go to the left-hand navigation menu.
Click Testimonials, then select Collect from the dropdown menu.

 

Step 2: The Collect Testimonial Page will open. Click the Send Manual Request button

Step 3: Enter Recipient Details

• Username: Select the user who should receive the testimonial.

• Client Name: Enter the client’s full name (e.g., John Doe).

• Phone Number: Enter the client’s phone number.

• Client Relationship: Select the appropriate relationship (e.g., Customer).

Step 4: Customize the Request

• Suggested Testimonial: (Optional) Add a pre-filled message suggestion (e.g., Great service!).

• Tracking ID: (Optional) Add a tracking ID for reporting (e.g., ABC-123).

Step 5: Send the Request

• Review all details to ensure accuracy.

• Click Create Request to send the testimonial request to your client via SMS.

Step 5: Your Recipient will receive a request that looks like this and be promoted to click the link to open your testimonial collection page and leave a testimonial
