How to Collect a Testimonial Via Text

Step 1: From your Dashboard click the Collect Testimonial Button

 

Step 2: The Collect Testimonial Page will open. Click the Send Via Text button


Step 3: The Send a Testimonial Request Via Text page will open

  1. Select the User or Location from the drop down box you want to collect the results for
  2. Add your Customer's Name and Phone Number

Step 4: Click the Send Request button



Step 5: Your Recipient will receive a request that looks like this and be promoted to click the link to open your testimonial collection page and leave a testimonial
