Configurable Notification Settings

Configurable Notification Settings

User's now have more granular control over there Notification Settings. You can control what rating ranges you want to receive notifications for teams and locations of which you are a manager.

On a survey or testimonial, we allow the creator to set a range in which to notify recipients, managers, and root accounts, which might look something like:

Which means that the recipient should receive a notification for all submissions, managers should only receive submissions with a rating from 1 star to 3 stars, and root accounts should only receive notifications for 1 star to 2 stars.

However, what if as a manager, I don't want notifications that are this aggressive. Let's say for my workflow, I really only want to know about 1 star reviews, but I don't have permission to change the underlying survey, nor do I want to change it for everyone.
We now allow users to do just that. They can control what they receive within a rating range.

Steps
1. Navigate to Account (upper right corner)
2. Click Notification Settings under Action Items
3. Configure your personalized notification settings as you desire.
4. Make sure you hit the "save" button"

Please keep in mind that these settings are ONLY restrictive. So, if the original range says to report 1 - 3 and you specify 1 - 4, then you won't receive any for 4 as it's restricting, not expanding.
