Before You Begin

To complete the connection, you will need your Testimonial Tree Global Identifier (GUID), also known as your Vanity Key.

Steps to Connect Your Account

Step 1:
From your Dashboard, click on your headshot in the upper right-hand corner, then select Account.

Step 2:
On the right-hand panel, locate the Connect Accounts section.

• Copy your Global Identifier (GUID) using the copy button or manually copy the ID shown.
  

Step 3:

1. On Realtor.com, log in to your professional dashboard.
   
2. From the left navigation menu, click Profile, and then select Manage Profile.
   
3. From the Profile page, select the Edit profile button
   

Step 4:

1. In the left-hand menu, click Credibility, then scroll to the Connect Testimonial Tree.
   
2. Paste your Testimonial Tree Global Identifier (GUID) into the field, click Connect, then click Save at the bottom of the page

What Happens Next

• Realtor.com will begin pulling in your approved testimonials and display them as Testimonials on your profile.
• Moving forward, new eligible reviews will automatically sync to Realtor.com.
  

If you already have existing reviews in your Testimonial Tree account, please submit a support ticket or email support@testimonialtree.com so our Support Team can assist with backfilling your existing reviews.

Troubleshooting

If your reviews do not appear:

• Ensure Realtor.com integration is enabled in your Testimonial Tree admin settings.
• Confirm that your testimonials are approved and meet your star rating threshold.
• Verify that testimonials are assigned to a public microsite, website, or widget.
• You may need to bulk publish existing testimonials for them to sync.

Notes

• Only approved and eligible testimonials will be syndicated to Realtor.com.
• Once connected, this is a one-time setup.
• New 4–5 star reviews will typically publish automatically moving forward.
