Create A Static Survey Link for Embedding

Create A Static Survey Link for Embedding

If you are not using a survey integration, you can generate a static survey link. This link can be embedded on your website, added to email campaigns, or shared directly with clients.

Step 1:
From your Dashboard, click on
Survey in the navigation bar, then select Manage Survey.

Step 2:
Locate the survey you want to use and click
Edit.

Step 3:
Under survey settings, change
Use Static Collection Link to Yes, then click Update.

Step 4:
Copy the last string of numbers and letters after
sid= in the survey URL.

Step 5:
Add that string to the following base URL: http://testimonialtree.com/respond.aspx?sid=

Example:

Step 6 (Optional):

If you want to create a static survey link for a specific user, you can add the username to the URL string using: "&un={username}"

To find a username:

  1. Go to Management > Users

  2. Look under the Name column for the username.

Notes

  • Use static links when you want a simple way for clients to access a survey without integrations.

  • Adding a username ensures responses are tied to a specific agent or team member.
