Docusign: Transaction Checklist
Testimonial Tree pulls Docusign rooms with a Status of: CLOSED
Room Closed Date: We pull rooms that have a Close Date within the last 20 days (this lookback period can be changed as needed)
Depending on the transaction types, buy or sell, our integration looks for the following information from the JSON response
Transaction Type = Sell:
- Listing Agent email
- Listing Agent Company name
- Seller Name
- Seller Email
- Seller Phone Number
Transaction Type = Buy:
- Buyer Agent email
- Buyer Agent Company Name
- Buyer Name
- Buyer Email
- Buyer Phone Number
Transaction Type = Blank:
- We will look at both the buyer and seller information and would need all of the above provided in order to send a survey to both sides of the transaction
