Sometimes you may need to edit or revise testimonials you receive for grammatical errors or formatting. (This feature is not intended to change the spirit or intent behind the original testimonial.)
Note: Depending on your parent account’s permission settings, you may not have access to this feature. In this case, please contact your account administrator.
Step 1: From the Dashboard, click on Testimonials in the Navigation Bar and then Manage Testimonials
Step 2: On the testimonial you want to edit, click Actions on the right-hand side and then Edit
Step 3: Edit your testimonial as necessary and click Save at the bottom of the page
