FTP Setup for Survey Automation

Testimonial Tree can use either our FTP or your FTP site to help automate survey requests.  Below are our instructions on how you can access our FTP to automate survey requests. 

If you do not already have a way to access our FTP site, you will need to download either Win scp or Filezilla.  Using one of these two apps will allow you to log into our site, http://ftp.testimonialtree.com/. 

You will need your Testimonial Tree account login information.

Host: ftp.testimonialtree.com
Username: {yourttusername}
Password: {yourttpassword}

This is where you upload your Survey Import file.  You will need to use our file template every time you upload your list.  Attached is the file template and the columns we need filled in:
  1. Client Name
  2. Client Email
  3. Client Phone (Text request optional)
  4. RecordUserEmail: User Email (must match the email the user has in Testimonial Tree)
  5. Survey ID: XXXXX (your onboarding specialist will provide this) 
In order to initiate the FTP, a test file is needed to set up the data import.  Please provide a sample file using the attached document.  Your onboarding specialist will review the file, let you know of any changes needed and then will map the initial file. 

Please note: ***The name of the file that you create MUST stay consistent.  Please do not change the name or use spaces in the file name.***
