How to Unpublish a Testimonial
There may be a testimonial that was shared on your marketing sites or website widgets that you would like to remove. If this occurs, follow the steps below to remove the testimonial.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for testimonials to be removed from all marketing sites and website widgets.
Step 1: From your Testimonial Notification email you can click directly into the Testimonal page OR from your Dashboard, click on the Testimonal you want to unpublish
Step 2: On the Testimonial Marketing page, scroll down and go to publishing to see where the testimonial is currently being published or not published to.
- If the check box is blank by a site, it is not being published there
- If the check box has a green check mark, the testimonial is published to that site
Step 3: Check the box by the sites and/or widgets you would like to remove your Testimonial from and click Apply changes
