You may want to run weekly, monthly or quarterly reports of your completed testimonials. There are two places you can view testimonial reports: the Testimonial Dashboard and Testimonial Requests Sent.
Testimonial Dashboard
Step 1: From the Dashboard, select Reports from the Navigation Bar and then Testimonial Dashboard
Step 2: Here you can select your date range, as well as sort by location, team, user, and star rating. To run the report, select Apply Filter
Step 3: In the first section you will see number of Testimonial Responses, Survey Testimonials (testimonials that came in via a survey), Survey to Testimonial Rate (percentage of surveys that included a testimonial), Average Rating, Client Shares (client has shared to their social media), and Agent Share Rate (agent has shared to their social media)
Step 4: Next you will see a pie chart which shows how the testimonials were received.
- Clicking on the three bars on the left-hand side will give you a menu of options, including viewing in full screen, printing, and downloading.
Step 5: Under the chart you will see the list of Responses.
- Here you can sort by clicking on one of the headings (For, From, Date Received, Star Rating, or View).
- Clinking View will take you into that testimonial.
Testimonial Requests Sent
You can view a list of testimonials that have been sent:
Step 1: From the Dashboard select Reports in the Navigation Bar and then Testimonial Requests Sent
Step 2: Here you will see all the survey requests that have been sent, along with other important information like the Email Address, Client Name, Date and Time, Agent Name, and if the testimonial was filled out (Captured).
- Depending on your parent account settings, you may be able to Resend the testimonial if needed.
- You can also export the list by clicking Export to CSV.
