The Testimonial Tree - Lone Wolf Technologies partner integration includes multiple product integrations for real estate. Your brokerage leadership will submit a support ticket via email to Support@LWolf.com requesting an API authorization requesting to connect with Testimonial Tree. They will send you an API authorization form to sign and return. Upon completion support team will provide your LoneWolf CLIENT CODE and API Key (auth token) to Testimonial Tree to complete the connection.
1. Back Office:
- Automates customer feedback requests on behalf of the brokerage and agent upon a closed transaction (text + email & auto-reminders). Workflows also exist for property management as well. Back Office is also formerly known as brokerWOLF. Below are fields we typically map to in order to automate feedback requests.
- Client name
- Client email
- Client phone
- Agent email or unique ID (recording username)
- Status closed
- Buyer or seller
2. Lone Wolf Websites:
- Auto-publish testimonials, 5-star ratings and third-party reviews into brokerage websites, offices, teams and agent profiles (widgets or API)
- Roster feed auto-creates and disables offices and agent profiles in Testimonial Tree
- Secure access via Single Sign-on (SSO) or issue username and passwords
To add a Testimonial Tree "widget" to your PropertyBase website, offices, and agent profiles:
2A. PropertyBase Website Dashboard>Admin > Settings > under the Configuration tab, select Agent/Office > Testimonials & Sidebar
2B Paste Testimonial Tree widget ID into PropertyBase and select which pages to publish testimonials and reviews:
- Show on all profile pages
- Show on all employee profile pages
- Show on all office profile pages
- Include agent structured date (review rich snippets for SEO and helps get stars in search results on those pages)
3. Save settings
- Testimonial Tree dashboard > Widgets > Management Widgets
- Widget ID & Permissions
- Paste Testimonial Tree widget ID into PropertyBase (above picture)
To use a single widget ID for publishing results to multiple offices and agent profiles be sure to turn on Permissions to "Y".
