Manually add a Testimonial
If you have testimonials you would like to add, you can do so manually. These testimonials could have been received through email, text or perhaps in writing. Here is how you can manually add those testimonials individually.
Step 1: From the Dashboard go to the left-hand navigation bar, click on Testimonials and then Add Testimonial
Step 2: The Add Existing Testimonial page will open
Enter the testimonial in the word box provided
If you have a video or photo, you can paste in a URL or choose a file from your device
Click and select stars on the Star Rating, if applicable
Fill in the following fields:
Name (Testimonial Author)
Author’s company/organization or relationship, if needed
Author’s Email (optional)
Recording Date and Recording Time, if available
You can also add the Testimonial to one or more of your Marketing Sites and Website Widgets
If you are an Admin and adding for another user, select the appropriate user
Step 3: The Manage Testimonials page will
now open and you will see the Testimonial you just added
