Manually Request a Survey

If you are not using an automated feed, or if you need to send a survey that may have not been sent through a feed, you can send a survey manually.

Note that this feature is only available to the parent account, not a child/user account. 

Step 1: From the Dashboard select Surveys and then Collect



Step 2: Fill out the Survey Request form. 
Confirm survey to send from the 'Select the survey to send' dropdown.
Make sure to select the user to send the survey on behalf of from the 'Select the user to record the results to:' dropdown.
​Enter in your customer's name.
Enter in your customer's email and/or cell phone.
Click Send Request.



Step 3: You will get a confirmation that the survey was sent and the option to send another
