Paperless Pipeline Setup

Testimonial Tree can automate survey requests for clients using Paperless Pipeline through the application Zapier. In order to set up the correct Zaps to automate survey requests, clients will need to work with Paperless Pipeline.  Please follow the steps below to begin the setup with Paperless Pipeline and Testimonial Tree.  

Send an email to Paperless Pipeline at help@paperlesspipeline.com with the following items:

  1. Your Testimonial Tree login credentials
  2. Your Testimonial Tree Record User IDs (Testimonial Tree usernames)
  3. Your Testimonial Tree Survey ID
Paperless Pipeline will then follow the already defined steps to create the survey automation. Instructions also found here. 

Please note that an agent's email address in Testimonial Tree MUST  match the email address an agent is using in Paperless Pipeline in order to ensure an automated survey request is sent to a client.
