Paperless Pipeline Actions
Adding contacts
Client contacts can be added to the Contacts section of the transaction.
They'll need to add their Buyers and Sellers as contacts on the transaction.

The master admin on their account can create a Transaction Label in Pipeline for their lease transactions using a custom Transaction Label like "Property Management". Testimonial Tree would then look for those transaction labels and filter those out.

- Testimonial Tree Auth Token
- Paperless Pipeline Admin Account Login (Email & Password)
Creating Zap
1. Set the trigger to Paperless Pipeline Transaction Status Changed
2. Add a Zapier filter that only lets zap continue is status is closed
3. Add another Zapier filter that check for selling or listing side and contacts are present.
4. Add Zapier Run Python to extract agent username and contact name and email
5. Add Zapier filter, to only continue if contact email isn't empty
6. Set the zap action to Testimonial Tree Send Survey Request
