Re-Send a Testimonial Request
If you used the testimonial request form in Testimonial Tree, you can easily resend a previous request.
Step 1: From the Dashboard, click on Reports in the Navigation Bar and then Testimonial Requests Sent
Step 2: The Testimonial Requests Sent report allows you to see all of the testimonial requests you have sent from within Testimonial Tree. Here you will see the Email Address the sent was request to, Client Name, Status (sent or rejected), Date and Time sent, Agent Name, and if the client completed the form or not (Captured).
To resend the request select the loop icon under the Resend column.
