REALTOR.ca: Integration
Testimonial Tree and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) partner integration for consumer reviews will automatically publish Testimonial Tree testimonials (5-star ratings, comments) and reviews into your REALTOR® profile. Below are the steps to enable the integration and examples.
Integration September 2023
Step 1: Brokers (Testimonial Tree Account Admin) turn on Realtor.ca in your Testimonial Tree account
1A. Gear Icon (upper right hand side) > Settings
1B. On the USER PERMISSIONS tab scroll down to MARKETING SERVICE PROVIDERS and check REALTOR.ca and SAVE (bottom of page)
1C. To ensure testimonials and reviews will syndicate to Realtor.ca, they must be assigned to Realtor as the marketing provider and published.
Step 2: Realtors® connect your Testimonial Tree to Realtor.ca account
2A. Login to Testimonial Tree
or through your brokerage's intranet via single sign-on
2B. Click ACCOUNT upper right-hand corner headshot or GEAR ICON
2C. CONNECT Realtor.ca button
2D. Sign in REALTORLink CREA
2E. Navigate to your PROFILE page under RATINGS and TESTIMONIALS and see a tile for Testimonial Tree
2F. Click Yes to save changes (data Distribution Facility Terms of Use - accept terms and conditions)
Congratulations!
Testimonial Tree syncs testimonials and reviews into your Realtor.ca profile daily.
There's two primary areas where content will publish. See examples below.
- Testimonial Tree rating & quantity of reviews publish next to your agent profile headshot
- Testimonials publish into the CLIENT RATINGS & TESTIMONIALS slider
New testimonials and reviews will auto-publish to your website widgets and Realtor profile moving forward. You can control which ones publish from your testimonials>manage>testimonial marketing in your dashboard.
If you have content in your account they will need to be bulk assigned to the Realtor.ca widget. Admins can bulk assign testimonials on behalf of all agents to assign to Realtor.ca marketing provider.
