Reliance Network: Integration
The Testimonial Tree – Reliance Network websites integration publishes testimonials and third-party reviews on your real estate brokerage's websites, locations and agent profiles. You will submit a support ticket to your web provider and CC your Testimonial Tree Customer Success rep on your request. They will typically provide the API key, client ID or unique code needed to complete the connection.
Publish testimonials and reviews on your website:
A. Widgets
Testimonial Tree website widgets are javascript with several designs and personalization available in your Testimonial Tree brokerage admin dashboard. We pass through schema markup "review snippet" to search engines like Google to help boost your SEO rankings and get stars in search results on your website's domain and pages where the code is applied.
You can apply a Testimonial Tree widget code to a page at the brokerage and agent site level. Note that you will need to add a Review page to your site.

B. API (feed content into native website displays)
Testimonial Tree can also pass-through testimonials and reviews to your website provider via our partner API. Your website provider is responsible for mapping content fields to their "native client testimonials and reviews website displays." Your web provider is responsible for any formatting and updates of the content on your website (daily). Using native displays looks good and speeds page load.
To utilize the Reliance API connection you will need to have Agent Bio pages.

Roster feed Sync:

Testimonial Tree syncs users and locations daily with your brokerage’s roster feed. This makes it easy to auto-create agents as they come into the brokerage. It also auto-disables agent access when they are removed from the feed.
Your users can access the website application:
- Username, franchise unique, ID and passwords (default)
- Single sign-on (SSO) via your intranet (optional)
- Sign in with Google (emails must match)
- Sign in with Facebook (emails must match)
