Sotheby's International Realty: Integration

Testimonial Tree - Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates, LLC. partner API integration automatically publishes Testimonial Tree testimonials and third-party reviews (e.e. Google, Facebook, Zillow, etc.) into your SothebysRealty brokerage websites and agent profiles (SIR localization platform).  The Sotheby'sRealty Marketing Service Provider can be turned on as the brokerage (company admin) on behalf of all your offices, teams and agents or as an individual agent. Content publishes within 24 hours and syncs daily.


Please note that Testimonial Tree usernames "EMAIL" or "SECONDARY ID" are required to use sothebysrealty.com email for the auto-publishing to work properly. During a recent update we can also utilize brokerage email as well. 
Contact your Customer Success Manager or Onboarding Specialist to assist with user roster setup. 

Step 1: Turn on SothebysRealty as a Marketing Service Provider in Testimonial Tree (admin)

Testimonial Tree (admin dashboard) > Settings (top right side) > User Permissions (tab) > Marketing Service Providers > SothebysRealty.com (Checkbox & Save). Content is synced within 24 hours daily.

Step 2: Bulk assign existing testimonials and reviews to sothebysrealty.

2B. Bulk assign content to SothebysRealty

Manage Testimonials > Mass Edit > checkbox sothebysrealty.com and save (new content will auto-publish moving forward based on your publishing rules in your account).

Step 3. Testimonials Auto-Publish to your brokerage SothebysRealty websites and agent profiles
