Sample Survey Questions: Real Estate

Here are some example survey questions that some brokerages ask after a real estate closing.  Ideally, your survey is fairly short and the questions you choose are actionable. 

Example Questions:
  1. Given the need to buy or sell a home in the same market area, how likely (on a scale of 1-5) would you be to use {record_user_name}?
  2. How would you rate your agent on the following? (On a scale of 1-5)
    1. Responsiveness
    2. Negotiation Skills
    3. Professionalism & Communication
    4. Market Expertise & Local Knowledge
    5. Process Expertise
  3. What was your primary reason for selecting your sales associate? (Select the one most influential factor)
    1. Referred by a Friend
    2. Walk-In/Open House
    3. Marketing Programs/Plan
    4. Satisfied Past Customer
    5. Advertising
    6. Yard Signs in the Area
    7. Knew Sales Associate Personally
    8. The Internet or Company Website
