You may want to run weekly, monthly or quarterly reports of your completed surveys. There are two places you can view survey reports: the Survey Dashboard and Survey Requests Sent.
Survey Dashboard
Step 1: From the Dashboard, select Reports from the Navigation Bar and then Survey Dashboard
Step 2: Here you can select your date range, survey, as well as sort by location and user. To run the report, select Apply Filter
Step 3: You will see number of Surveys Sent, Surveys Received, Completion Rate, NPS and Average Star Rating.
- You can also use the tabs below to filter further by Results, Responses, Requests and Users
Survey Requests Sent
You can view a list of surveys that have been sent:
Step 1: From the Dashboard select Reports in the Navigation Bar and then Survey Requests Sent
Step 2: Here you will see all the survey requests that have been sent, along with other important information like the Client Email, Client Phone, Client Name, Survey ID, Sender, Date and Time Sent, Status, Recording User, and if the survey was filled out (Captured).
- Depending on your parent account settings, you may also be able to Resend the survey or View the email that was sent to your client
