Change / Reset Your Password
Option 1: Change Password from Your Dashboard
Step 1:
From your Dashboard, click on your headshot in the upper right-hand corner, then select Account.
Step 2:
On the right-hand side under Action Items, select Change Password.
Step 3:
Fill in the form with your current and new password, then click Change Password to confirm.
Option 2: Reset Password from the Login Page
From the Sign In page, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset your password. Or you can use the link below:
Password Requirements
Your password must meet the following conditions:
- Starts with any character (as long as the rest of the conditions are met)
- Contains at least one lowercase letter
- Contains at least one uppercase letter
- Contains at least one digit
- Contains at least one special character or underscore
- Has a minimum length of 8 characters
