View Where a Testimonial Came From

Sometimes you may wish to see how a testimonial entered your account. You can view this information at a glance from the Manage Testimonials page.

Steps to View Testimonial Sources

Step 1:
From the Dashboard, click on Testimonials in the left-hand navigation bar, then select Manage Testimonials.

 

Step 2:
The Manage Testimonials page will open. Under the Source column, you will see one of the following four icons, each showing how the testimonial was submitted:

 

	Manually Added - User added the testimonial through the Testimonial Tree platform.
	Collection Link - Client submitted a testimonial from the personal collection link. This could be from a third-party site, widget (if you have the "Add Testimonial" button), an email signature, business directory page, or anywhere else the collection link has been shared.
	Survey - If you're using the survey tool, the testimonial was submitted as the client was filling out a survey.
	Import - These testimonials were gathered previously and imported (usually in bulk) into your account
