Brokerage Engine: Integration

The Testimonial Tree - Brokerage Engine partner integration includes multiple integrations for real estate brokerages. Your brokerage leadership will submit a support ticket via email to: help@brokerageengine.com requesting to grant Testimonial Tree API authorization & access to the following capabilities below.

#1 Back Office:

- Automates customer survey-testimonial & online review requests on behalf of the brokerage and agent upon a closed transaction (text + email & auto-reminders). 

#2 Roster Sync:

- Roster feed auto-creates and disables agent profiles (users) in Testimonial Tree. Syncs with brokerage's Brokerage Engine roster feed daily. Your Testimonial Tree Customer Success (CSM) Manager will add your integration related info into Testimonial Tree brokerage enterprise admin account and map your rosters to populate your users (agents). Offices (location users) will be bulk created via Excel import or disabled in the dashboard the company admin or your TT CSM team.

Single Sign-on (SSO):

- Secure access via single sign-on (SSO) or issue usernames and password.

Step 1: Send an email to help@brokerageengine.com with the following:


"We are onboarding a new client, {client name}, and would like to set up a roster feed and transaction data export to automate survey requests. Please provide us with the curl and Authorization number.  The client would also like to enable SSO so please send the SAML metadata. Thank you!"

Brokerage Engine will send back links like the following for the Agent and Transaction feeds:

For single sign-on (SSO) setup, Brokerage Engine will provide: Web URL 

Step 2: Send your Testimonial Tree Customer Success Manager integration related info from Brokerage Engine and they'll get everything setup in your brokerage enterprise admin account.
