Send Welcome Email to Users from Dashboard


As the Admin or Manager of a Location(s), you can send a Welcome Email directly from your dashboard, which will include your Users login information.  To do this, please follow the steps below:



Step 1: Locate the Management - User page from the left-hand side Navigation bar




Step 2: Select 'Send Notification' from the bar at the top of the Users page:





Step 3: You can either use the "Select All" or individually select the users you want to send an email to.  Then scroll down and click the green "Send Notification" button:



Step 4: Users will then receive a Welcome email that includes their username, email and temporary password.  Upon initial login, users can then update their password from their Account page. 


Please note that when sending this message to a user, this will automatically change the password. But they will have the ability to update that password once they access their account.  Below is a link that reviews how to change your password.

This will also unlock an account if by chance an account has been locked out.
