Change Your Password

Option 1: Change Password from Your Dashboard

Step 1:
From your Dashboard, click on your headshot in the upper right-hand corner, then select Account.

  

Step 2:
On the right-hand side under Action Items, select Change Password.


  

Step 3:
Fill in the form with your current and new password, then click Change Password to confirm.


Option 2: Reset Password from the Login Page

From the Sign In page, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset your password.


Password Requirements

Your password must meet the following conditions:

  • Starts with any character (as long as the rest of the conditions are met)
  • Contains at least one lowercase letter
  • Contains at least one uppercase letter
  • Contains at least one digit
  • Contains at least one special character or underscore
  • Has a minimum length of 8 characters
