appFiles: Transaction Checklist to Automate Survey

To have a survey automatically sent to a client after closing a file in appFiles, the following information must be included in each appFile:
  1. Client Name 
  2. Client Phone (if you'd like to text your client a survey)
  3. Client Email 
  4. Agent Email Address: (must match your email address in Agent's Account Profile within Testimonial Tree
  5. Closing Date (must be in the format like this: Feb 28, 2023)
  6. Property Address

In order to add this information, follow the steps below.

First, inside your transaction, you will need to ADD Testimonial Tree to each file.  To do this, on the right hand side of your appFile account, click on ADD SECTION:






From the dropdown select Testimonial Tree and then click on the CREATE INFO SECTION: 




Now that  Testimonial Tree is added to your appFile, next click on EDIT: 



Here is where you must add:

  1. Client Name 
  2. Client Phone (if you'd like to text your client a survey)
  3. Client Email 
  4. Agent Email Address: (must match your email address in Agent's Account Profile within Testimonial Tree
  5. Closing Date (must be in the format like this: Feb 28, 2023)
  6. Property Address



Please make sure to add only ONE email in the Client Email Field.  If you want to send a survey to all parties of your transaction, you will need to add the clients individually. 




Surveys are sent automatically on a daily basis once the file has been closed.
