Survey Requests Automations: Opt Out
For Agents (users) How to Opt Out of Survey Requests Automations
1. Users may CLICK GEAR ICON and CLICK ACCOUNT (top right hand side) in Testimonial Tree dashboard
2. Automation Opt Out
TOGGLE ON Opt Out (Surveys, Testimonials) and press SAVE (scroll to the bottom of the screen)
Please Note: All users are opted in to the survey request automation or testimonial request automation by default. This means if your company has a transaction feed with your back office system a survey request will go out on your behalf upon a successful closing (Text + email + up to 2 additional email auto-reminders).
You may also send a request to "survey request automation opt out" via email to
support@testimonialtree.com. Our team will update your settings within 24-48 hours. Please not any requests that went out before request to opt out has been made will complete the scheduled workflow (2-3 touches over 9-15 days depending on your company's setup & settings).
For Company Admins who can proxy in on behalf of a user.
Step 1: Management > Users > Edit User
Step 2: Automation Opt-Out > Toogle On > Save.
You may also send a support ticket while logged in or email
support@testimonialtree.com with a list users & their emails to bulk opt out users from the transaction feed for survey-testimonial automation.
