Update Your Profile Image
You can personalize your Testimonial Tree account by adding or updating your profile image.
Note: Depending on your organization’s settings, your parent account or administrator may restrict profile picture changes. If you are unable to update your image, please contact your account administrator.
Image Guidelines
For best results, upload a square image (1000 x 1000 pixels). This ensures your picture looks sharp and properly scaled across testimonials, reports, and other areas where it may appear.
Steps to Update Your Profile Image
Step 1:
From your Dashboard, click on your headshot in the upper right-hand corner. Then select Account from the dropdown menu.
Step 2:
Scroll to the Image section. Here, you have two options:
Step 3:
Once your image is selected, click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
Tips & Reminders

Use a professional headshot for consistency across client-facing platforms.

If your image looks stretched or blurry, double-check that it’s close to 1000 x 1000 pixels.

If you cannot see the Save button or your image doesn’t update, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
