Adding your Google Business Profile link to your Review Generation and Review Monitoring

Adding your Google Business Profile link to your Review Generation and Review Monitoring

You can add your Google Business Profile (GBP) URL to your Review Generation page to pull in existing Google reviews and, if enabled, provide a direct link for customers to leave new reviews.

Follow the steps below to add your Google review link to either the Generate field or both the Generate and Monitoring fields.

Note: After completing these steps, it may take up to 48 hours for existing Google reviews to populate into your Testimonial Tree account. After the initial sync, new reviews are typically pulled in on a weekly basis.

Testimonials cannot be automatically published to third-party review sites, as these platforms require the customer to submit the review directly through their own accounts. Additionally, reviews imported into Testimonial Tree from one third-party site cannot be published to another third-party site.

Example: Google reviews cannot be sent to Zillow, and Zillow reviews cannot be sent to Google.
