Edit Your Account Information

Note: Depending on your organization’s settings, your parent account or administrator may restrict certain edits (such as name, email, or branding details). If you are unable to update your profile, please contact your account administrator.
 
Step 1:
From your Dashboard, click on your headshot in the upper right-hand corner. Then select Account from the dropdown menu.
 


Step 2:
You’ll now see your account and profile settings page. Here, you can update information:
 

Step 3:
After making your changes, click Save in the bottom of the page to apply your updates.
 
Tips & Reminders
  • If you don’t see the option to change certain fields, your account is likely managed by your organization’s admin.
  • Make sure to use a valid email address, as it’s tied to important notifications and login recovery.
  • Updating your headshot ensures consistency across testimonials, reports, and public profiles.
